Event Planning

It all begins with an idea. This is where we come in; to map out and strategize how to make the idea a reality, and then execute the vision.

Day-of coordination

Within 2-3 months of the event, we meet with the vendors, hosts, venue, and everyone else involved to finalize the gameplan for the day of. This is where we come in and make sure everything is running smoothly; from the A/V team to catering to making sure the emcee is on schedule. We want you to sit back and enjoy your vision come to life, so we will take the load off of your plate.
